Case New Holland, located in Burlington, Iowa, and
owned by the Fiat group /Italy, is looking to embark on a
significant expansion adding several agricultural equipment product lines to is
current facility. The proposed new product lines would include laser cutting,
welding, paint and assembly; and would support 525 new and retained jobs in
Burlington. The
Iowa Economic Development Board approved tax benefits from the Enterprise Zone
program to incent 121 of the new and 327 of the retained jobs. This nearly $21
million capital investment project would be completed in phases through
2012.
