INDIANAPOLIS – Mayor Greg Ballard today announced the fourth round of RebuildIndy improvements of 2011, detailing $40 million in projects that will be bid this year. The work includes street resurfacing improvements and bridge, curb, sidewalk and thoroughfare enhancements in neighborhoods throughout Marion County.
